1. No Return on Opened Products

Perfumes and oils cannot be returned if opened, used, or tested due to health and hygiene reasons.

2. Returns Accepted Under These Conditions

We accept returns ONLY if:

• The product arrived damaged

• The wrong item was shipped

• The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel.

3. Proof Required

For damaged or incorrect items:

• Provide clear photos/videos of the packaging and product

4. Refund Approval

After reviewing photos and the claim:

• We will process a replacement or store credit

• Refunds to original payment method are provided only in genuine cases

5. Non-Returnable Items

• Opened perfumes

• Used bottles

• Clearance or sale items

• Gift cards

6. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them.
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

7. Shipping Costs

• Return shipping (if applicable) is the responsibility of the customer.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
